The Spiral as Metaphor for Action
Quantum Leadership is exceptional leadership.
I use the spiral as a metaphor for the work we do together — a path of ever increasing discovery inwards, where you become connected with your deepest, most motivating and creative sense of purpose which becomes a source for powerful and influential action outwards. On this path you become aware of your organisation’s strongest and most generative capabilities.
The impetus for embarking on this path is always some pressing issue. Perhaps your direct reports just don't get the message, or they only tell you what they think you want to hear. Perhaps your team is characterised by conflict, or maybe there's not enough energy in the room. Perhaps you just want to take them to a new level of exceptional performance.
Whatever the trigger, the path to Quantum Leadership is the same - the spiral path; the infinite path both inwards and outwards.
