Who cares about world's best practice. If you achieve that you'll only be as good tomorrow as the world's best companies are today. You'll aways be behind.
How about “World Beating Practice” or, as I like to say Wild Ideas.
I don't want to settle for being as good as the best of the rest. I want to be better. And, more importantly, I want you to be better.
We get our best ideas when we let our immagination run wild. The problem is, too many clever companies are drowning in good ideas. You have to know how to pick the very best ideas from the good.
You already know how to do that. But you might not know you know.
