In his book Drive, Daniel Pink dares to suggest that Management is an out of date concept. Let's examine this idea and see how it can make us world beating.

From the beginning of the Industrial Revolution we asked people to do work they really didn't like doing. The only way we could get them to do it and to do it efficiently was to use a combination of carrot and stick.
