The Quantum Leadership Forum™
The Quantum Leadership Forum™ is an opportunity for leaders from a diverse range of industries and sectors to meet and discuss freely any aspect of Quantum Leadership or life on the Spiral Path. The forum is currently held bi-monthly over breakfast in a Melbourne CBD location. From time to time the forum members may invite a specialist in a particular area to meet with them and at other times the members just meet to discuss important issues as they arise. Some of the areas of most concern in Quantum Leadership are:
- Seeing our current circumstances with new eyes
- Our and our organisation’s ‘blind spot’
- Making our purpose known in a corporate environment and ‘working from our purpose’
- Expanding our sphere of influence – having an impact of the ‘big’ global issues from within our small world
- Leading our understanding of the ‘big’ issues and our response
- Where might the next surprise come from?
- The ‘l’ word. How do we bring love into our organization?
