Team Mentor relationship

Working with your team combines team members working with me in an individual – mentor relationship, with whole team sessions and regular team meetings. The focus here is to fundamentally enhance the way your team operates towards powerful, creative and effective joint action.

During the group sessions I work with you to build an environment where the team brings its whole creative, purposeful energy to the task at hand. This involves learning to be both more direct and more generous to one another. This can mean your meetings become less predictable and there may be more healthy conflict that invigorates the team to take swift and effective action.

The individual–mentor sessions have a particular emphasis on the individual’s relationship with other team members and the role they take up. This more personal inquiry allows their own purpose to be more effectively allied with the team’s purpose.
