There are three phases on the spiral path:
| Perceiving | The first phase is to stop. Stop still to become fully aware of your current environment. I help you achieve this and assist you to reflect on the issues that confront you and what you want to achieve. |
| Connecting | In the second phase I guide you a step inward on the spiral towards knowing yourself and your enduring purpose more fully. This is the source of your creative problem solving energy. This is where your knowledge of action comes from. |
| Acting | The final phase is to move outwards from this knowledge to swift, powerful and influential action that generates growth. |
