Individual Mentor relationship
When we enter an individual mentor relationship, the focus is on how you develop as a leader*. How you engage with the three elements of Quantum Leadership - fully perceiving your current environment; connecting with your purpose and acting swiftly (see Card 3).
Our work begins with a current issue and your reaction to it. We seek to understand this as fully as you can. Then I ask you to focus on the dilemma it creates for you and for your purpose. From this stronger, renewed knowledge of your purpose you will move into creative and powerful action.
From our initial exploratory meeting, I will propose a program that typically involves 3 to 6 hours of private sessions per month over a six month period. These sessions may be held in a private space at your premises or the comfortable and private surroundings of my office.
