I invite you to join me for this inspiring workshop held at the historic and beautiful Abbotsford Convent.
The theme that runs through all my workshops is "Finding your enduring Purpose.” That sense of purpose all of us have but are mostly only vaguely aware of.
When we become more consciously aware of that purpose we become energised and creative.
Not only do we become aware of new opportunities and innovative approaches to taking advantage of them, but also more opportunities actually present themselves.
In these tough times, it’s important not to allow fear and reaction to rule business decisions.
I guide you to discover a powerful perspective on your ability to innovate, to see with new eyes and not only develop a clear plan of action but be prepared to act swiftly when opportunities present.
This one day workshop is a brief introduction to the practice of Quantum Leadership.® While the program is designed to be self contained so you can take away new approaches to your work, it is only the beginning of a journey. At the conclusion of the workshop I would welcome the opportunity to discuss options for continuing this journey through further Quantum Leadership programs.
Outcomes
In this workshop, we ask two fundamental questions
- Who am I?
- What is my work
- begin to see your current situation with fresh eyes
- find your “Blind Spot” – the source from which your attention arises
- become aware of what sets you apart as a leader — what it is you can do that no-one else in the world can
- begin to know your deepest sense of purpose
- see the path to develop your and your company's deep creative ability
- become aware of opportunities for swift, powerful and effective action — if only you have the courage to grasp them.
Who should attend?
Anyone to whom the word “leader” may be applied. This maybe a formal leadership position (from shop floor to CEO) or an informal leadership position in which you influence people simply by who you are.
Program Content
This workshop covers the three top level phases of the Spiral Path:
Perceiving |
In this first phase we stop. Stop still so that you can become fully aware of your current environment and begin to see it with fresh eyes. To see aspects of it you have not noticed before. |
Connecting |
In the second phase I guide you a step inward on the spiral towards knowing yourself and your enduring purpose more fully. This is the source of your creative problem solving energy. This is where your knowledge of action comes from. |
Acting |
The final phase is to move outwards from this knowledge to swift, powerful and influential action that generates growth. In the workshop setting you will begin to see how you can become prepared for action so that when the opportunity arises you grasp it fully |

Fees
The workshop fee is $1,100. This fee includes all workshop materials, lunch, morning and afternoon teas and is inclusive of GST.
